Jean-Philippe Demaël Jean-Philippe Demaël

Graduated of Polytechnique and Engineer of the "Corps of Mines", Jean-Philippe Demaël joined Somfy Group in April 2008 and became CEO of Somfy Activities. Under his leadership, Somfy has consolidated his position of worldwide leader, in the backdrop of the economic crisis, and speeded up his development in emerging countries. From 2005, he was CEO of Acesita / Arcelor Mittal Stainless steel Brazil. He began his career in 1993 at the Ministry of Industry, Economics and Finances, and at the Rhône-Alps Prefecture.

Vincent Bellet

Vincent Bellet Vincent Bellet

Vincent Bellet, an engineer who studied at ESCOM and IAE in Paris, joined Renault in 1980 as manager of Factory Flows and then as head of Purchasing for brake components before joining Somfy.  In 1988, he was appointed head of the Purchasing Department and in 1995 Director for the Industry and Logistics Department.

With a degree from the IAE in Metz, Guy made most of his career in the steel industry group which became Arcelor Mittal in 2006. He was CFO of several international subsidiaries based in Europe, Asia and Latin America. He was also general manager of an industrial subsidiary based in Italy from 2000 to 2003. Before joining Somfy in 2009, Guy was CFO of an important brazilian subsidiary in the group on the Sao Paulo stock market which operated worldwide. In the same company, and further to his position as CFO, Guy also worked his last year in Brazil as general manager of the Latin service center.

OLIVIER PICCOLIN

OLIVIER PICCOLIN Olivier Piccolin

With a degree from the Ecole Polytechnique and the French National School of Civil Engineering Ponts et Chaussées, Olivier Piccolin acquired a significant experience of the international in the Philips group where he was responsible notably for the Philips Lighting branch in Asia and emerging countries. Since January 2013, Olivier Piccolin has joined Somfy Group as the director of BMA Asia-Americas.

JEAN PASCAL REY

JEAN PASCAL REY Jean Pascal Rey

With a degree from the Paris ISG, Jean Pascal Rey, had a previous career in the Whirlpool international domestic appliances group in several management roles, mainly oriented around development and strategy of product offers. Since September 2012, Jean-Pascal Rey has joined Somfy Group as the Director of the Home & Building Activity.
 

Frank Schädlich

Frank Schädlich Frank Schädlich

Frank Schädlich has a degree from EDHEC.  He began his career in 1987 with Somfy as assistant to the Director of the German subsidiary and the CEO of the Group in Cluses. In 1997, he took charge of the complete reorganisation of the SIMBAC branch in Italy. He was then promoted in 2003 as Director of the Germany Business Area in charge of the sales activities of this area. In September 2005, he took on the Direction of the Shutter & Awning Business Group. Since January 2013, he is in charge of Business & Marketing in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa.

Olivier Senée

Olivier Senée Olivier Senée

With an engineering degree from the INSA in Lyon in 1982 as well as an MBA from the EM Lyon in 2006, Olivier Senée made the greater part of his career at Salomon. He began by managing Mavic between 2000 and 2001 as well as the hard goods activity (winter sport material: downhill, snowboard, cross-country) from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, he joined Somfy Group to take over the Door & Gate Business Group.

ANNIE BOUVIER

ANNIE BOUVIER Annie Bouvier

With a degree from the Political Studies Institute in Lyon and the Institute of Social Management, Anne began her career in 1989. She then occupied various positions as Human Resources Director in large international groups, both pharmaceutical (Fournier Group, Merck Serano) as well as industrial (Freudenberg and Gerflor Group).
In 2011 she joined Somfy Group to pilot all the Human Resources teams play a significant role in the deployment of several internal projects.

José Bové Carbonell

José Bové Carbonell José Bové Carbonell

With a degree in electronic engineering as well as Marketing Direction in Barcelona, José Bové Carbonell was employed by BJC, leader in Spain in small electronic tools, from 1968 to 1983.  He joined Somfy in 1983 to launch the Spanish subsidiary which he ran until 2003. He was then named General Manager of the zone Southern Europe, Middle East and South America, piloting subsidiaries and brands in these territories. In 2007, he was named Deputy General Manager then in 2009 his responbilities were spread to all Europe. Since January 2013, he is in charge of Corporate Marketing.
