Stress simulation tests are performed and our products are tested under extreme conditions. 2,000 different tests are performed each year on 6,000 products. Somfy employs over 70 engineers and technicians in the quality department.

Somfy offers its professional clients (installers, manufacturers, etc) a guarantee of 5 years from the manufacturing date on its motors and controls.* This guarantee is made according to the conditions clearly stated for professionals. Discuss this with your installer.
